Email Task (Complaint about Service)

Task Description

Time Limit: 7 minutes

Scenario:

You recently had dinner at a local restaurant, "Bistro Downtown," to celebrate a special occasion. However, the service was very slow, and the food was cold when it arrived. You are very dissatisfied with the experience.

Task:

Write an email to the Restaurant Manager. In your email, do the following:

  • State when you visited and the purpose of your visit.
  • Describe the specific problems you encountered (slow service, cold food).
  • Ask for an explanation or some form of compensation (e.g., a refund or voucher).

Write as much as you can and in complete sentences.
