🎓 Dr. Brown (Professor)

Many countries are moving rapidly towards becoming "cashless societies," where all transactions are done electronically via cards or apps. While this offers convenience, it also raises concerns about privacy and accessibility for those without bank accounts.

What do you think? Is the shift to a fully cashless society a positive development? Why or why not?

👨 Ryan

I think it's a very positive step. Digital payments are faster, cleaner, and easier to track. It also reduces crime like robbery since businesses won't have cash on hand. It's the natural evolution of technology and makes the economy more efficient.

👩 Hannah

I disagree. A fully cashless society excludes elderly people who aren't comfortable with technology and poor people who may not have bank accounts. Also, I worry about privacy; if every single purchase is tracked, the government or corporations will know everything about our private lives.
