Are you good with computers? The Campus IT Service Desk is looking for motivated students to join our team for the upcoming Spring Semester. This is a paid position ($15.00/hour) with flexible scheduling to fit around your classes.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting students and faculty with Wi-Fi connection issues.
• Troubleshooting basic printer and software problems.
• Answering phone calls and resetting university account passwords.
Requirements:
• Must be a currently enrolled student.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS is preferred, but full training is provided for specific university systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must!
• Must be available to work at least 10 hours per week (evening and weekend shifts are available).
