🏠 Roommate Wanted for Spring Semester! 🏠

Hi everyone! I’m looking for a roommate to share a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment at University Heights starting in January. It’s super convenient—only a 10-minute walk to the Engineering Library and right next to the bus stop for the downtown loop.

The Room: You get the larger bedroom with a walk-in closet. The apartment is fully furnished (couch, TV, dining table), but your room is unfurnished.

Rent & Utilities: Rent is $650/month. This includes water and trash removal. We will split the electricity and high-speed internet bills evenly (usually about $50 each).

About Me: I’m a junior studying Architecture. I’m pretty quiet during the week and usually study at the studio until late. I like to keep the common areas clean.

Requirements: No smoking inside. The landlord has a strict no pets policy (sorry!). Ideally looking for someone who is also a student or young professional.
